Management Plan Pricing:
The Management Plan will give two scans and sets of floor plans. This is designed for the property manager to have a complete interior scan of the property or suite both at the return and delivery of the property.

A minimum cost of $150.00 per visit is required.Â
Once our scanning professional is onsite, they are allowed to make a determination on whether or not the above pricing fits the property. Properties or suites with an odd or significant build out could see a price increase.Â
